Ans: To keep my food tasty and high quality Every time, i Will always use fresh ingredients and follow the same cooking methods. I will check the quality of the food often to make sure it made high standard I will also ask a customer for their feedback so that I can improve and make the food even better. Customers have any special request or concern I will listens to them and make changes if needed. To make my customers happy and encourage them to come back I will have special offers and rewards for regular customers. I want to build a strong relationship with my customers so they feel valued and keep choosing my food.

2. How will you manage periods of high demand , like holidays or hectic lunch and dinner hours while still providing prompt service?

Ans : When it gets busy, such as during festival holidays or lunchtime I will take pre orders to help manage the rush. This will allow me to prepare meals in advance so customer don’t have to wait too long. I will Also make sure that ingredients are prepared ahead of time to speed up the cooking process. During high demand times, I will have extra help in the kitchen to ensure that orders are completed quickly while maintaining quality .My goal is to serve customer on time without making them wait too long or reducing the quality of the food.

3. What obstacles do you foresee when growing delivery services via websites like spice and door dash, and how do you intends to overcome them?

Ans : Delivery apps like Spice and Door Dash may be challenging because they charge high fees, and sometimes deliveries take longer than expected. To solve this, I will also have my own delivery service to make sure food reaches customers quickly and in the best condition. I will use special packaging to keep the food fresh and warm during transport. I will also set clear delivery time slots so that orders are delivered on time, and customers don’t have to wait too long. By managing deliveries properly, I will make sure customers receive high-quality food, whether they pick it up or get it delivered.

4. To draw in more customers, do you intend to add more items to the menu besides Maki di Roti and Sarson da Saag?

Ans : To give customers more variety, I will add more items to my menu besides Maki di Roti and Sarson da Saag. Some dishes I plan to offer include Rajma Chawal (kidney beans with rice), Chole Bathure (spicy chickpeas with fried bread), and seasonal sweets like Gajar Ka Halwa (carrot pudding). These dishes will give customers more choices and help them enjoy a wider range of Punjabi flavors. Ans .To make my restaurant special, I will cook homemade Punjabi food using fresh ingredients from local suppliers.
